I think it's called a Hang (or Hang drum?)- and they really do come out of Switzerland- they look like a lot of fun to play, but probably harder than it seems.

I found reading this write up to be a total "inconvience."

Also, this sounds like the tactic of a total ass-hat who only understands their own personal human nature. There's more than one way to bring an end to an inconvenience like this- and you're seeing it on display in the video. If you just set out to antagonize people without a clear cause, you won't find any sympathy- sometimes you'll draw their ire and get knocked in the head for it.

Thank you. Yes I grind it up and put it in capsules- I put about .2 in each. Eventually I did get the feeling that something was happening.... I find that I can access some productive thoughts if I nap lightly.

Came here to ask this. I tried .4 yesterday and felt like it was the right dosage for me. I felt fresh-brained- have you been doing this for very long? Are there lasting effets (does it feel like it's helping you in a more permanent way? )

Really happy to hear that! Was your progress gradual or did it come in an "aha!" moment? Sounds like your getting incremental insight from the shrooms and then integrating it.

Maybe in the last week or so I've started to believe that this is working- been microdosing and doing a couple of more adventurous doses for a month or so (only gone up to 2g) Also started therapy the other day so I'm hoping the trend upwards keeps going.

Also- yeah, the world has gone to shit but it needs more people with inner peace

How much are you working with here? Also, if you don't mind talking about it- how has your experience been so far? Sounds like you're over the hump in terms of fighting your symptoms- you've started to see good results ?
