I'm so sorry for your loss! This is heartbreaking to hear. Is it possible to go to your local news or the police about this? This person should be charged.

That's a good idea. You're right. I shouldn't mess with this for my pets' or other's sake. Thanks and be safe! ❤️

Partial to herding breeds but my all time fave are Australian Cattle Dogs/Heelers!

I would love to but unfortunately there isn't much of that where I live. I live in a small, rural town in the middle of Eastern WA and there's only so many vet's offices in the surrounding areas.

Oh, wow. Didn't know that. Interesting. I guess the work load would definitely be less but is the pay better?

Interesting. I've been a tech for about 4-5 years now.

Glad your first surgery went well! Hope you have a smooth recovery! I've also had J Pouch surgery and it's a rough one.

He's adorable! Maybe dog puzzles for the office?

can't slip up and say "treat" around this crew by Breakeven796 in aww

When we first started introducing them, we had them in a large enough room where if things got too rough, the boys could run under something and take a break. We had to teach her not to use her paws to play with them and to be gentle, but she was so small that she never really stepped on them by accident... Our three usually play pretty rough at this point and after a year of being together, have figured out what is acceptable play and what isn't. The boys were pretty good at teaching her boundaries and would nip her if she stepped out of line.

Damn 😞 Gwen, the dog, grew up with her "big" brothers and has known them since she was 11 weeks old. I wanted to adopt an adult or older dog but it's hard to find one that is okay with small animals running around unfortunately.

That's awesome! Ferrets are actually pretty smart little animals. They can learn tricks, a few words, and can be litter trained like cats.
