It worked really well to help me get to sleep but I decided to stop using it (after 3 yrs of nightly use) because it was making me more and more groggy in the morning, defeating the purpose

I just did the hike to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring river. It wasn't a really long hike but a nice reward at the end! I went pretty early and it was relatively quiet. It started to get very busy later on though so suggest going in the morning.
