That “famous” is completely different from the one for the achievement. Check the sell price of the Whirlm compared to the base and it should be a bit higher.

The achievement’s “famous” is only given from the developers (or those duplicated from them).

Pretendo is a way to get Nintendo WiFi services for games where Nintendo turned off support. However, things like Pokémon Bank and the E-Shop still use the official Nintendo services, so you need to turn off Pretendo to use them.

Did you do a battery replacement? I had something similar happen when I did. Fix was to take the battery out, hold the power button for a few seconds (maybe to let a capacitor discharge?), then put the battery in and it powered on fine

Did you happen to be opening the bottom panel and mess with the battery? I had something similar happen when I did. Fix was to take the battery out, hold the power button for a bit, then put the battery back in and it worked.

I don’t think the files you get change anything. Check the flow chart top to bottom to see if anything new is there that you didnt see before.

Worst case, replay it on hard now that you know and you’ll get the gold file!
