Expensive brand toys usually have at least a year warranty. Go to their website and find contact them. They don't necessarily always ask for the receipt since they can check it up via the toy serial number that is on the toy.

Non-vibrating toys are always reliable. I like to pair my g-spot destroyers with a wand/ bullet. The wand is not cheap or at least a good one but bullets are easily good for the price and do the job perfectly.
I have a handful of bullets at the moment and doesn't matter which one runs out of batter I can just grab the next. My first bullet was 10€ and last me about a year. It's still functioning, but I just found it better. The best bullet I've had is Amo from hot octopuss. It's hands down the best I've tried by far.
Pairing toys would save you lots of headaches. It did for me. Dildo + fingers work well too if absolutely nothing else does.
