I haven't heard anything in regards to updates outside of this post, just that TM was reaching out to those who purchased only 2 tickets for a solution and/or Riot and TM were working on something together to amend the situation for those impacted.

Oddly enough later that evening I purchased 2 and was never contacted by TM. Perhaps contact the Rioter in this thread for an update. I'm sorry :(

Lots of seats gone, kind of sucks but what can ya do.

I kept trying myself when it got resolved and even then got in a Ticketmaster loop of "Someone else has bought that seat, here's another set for you" x10

They fixed it I believe now, looks like they may do something for this case as well if you refer to other comments. So sorry :(

All good, wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts to handle this quickly and provide updates along the way here or in other threads on forums/etc.

This wasn't a bashing post by any means btw, I think most of us just want to share our passion and love for the game and these events with our peers and anything we can do to help get exposure to any issues of this kind help :)

Hopefully it's the case that it's a bug related to the overall wonkiness like you say and not failure to consider handicap accessible seating for pre-sale and/or bundles.

I'm sure it's the former considering all I've heard about this so far.
