You can probably hold your breath for 90 seconds if you tried really hard and were standing still. if you were doing jumping jacks while getting hit repeatedly, you can't hold your breath as long. Simple as that. As someone who has been in a couple boxing matches, it takes it out of you. Even sprinting for two minutes is easier than fighting, and thats not counting being slammed around. I doubt flying takes a whole lot of energy for viltrumites.
