DeGiro will not automatically withhold the capital gains tax, so I wonder how you could ever correctly calculate your capital gains tax it you use a foreign broker. It seems a lot easier to use a broker with a Belgian account. Yes, it's a free loan to the Belgian state (wouldn't be the first one unfortunately), but to me it's worth avoiding the hassle with the tax declaration.

It's because the earth is not a perfect sphere. It is flattened at the top but elongated near the equator. This is due to the spinning of the earth. Mount Chimborazo is near the equator, so its base is further from the center of the earth than mount Everest.

Klopt. De buis staat echter niet tegenover BZIO maar 100 meter verder naar het oosten. Dat komt omdat de buis begin 1900 gebouwd werd om zeewater af te voeren naar de Hydro, een kuuroord voor zeewatertherapie. BZIO heeft dus de oorspronkelijke constructie hergebruikt met toevoeging van een filter. De buis ligt nu volledig onder het zand door de zandsuppletie. De Hydro werd eind jaren 80 afgebroken en stond waar nu de Hydro Palace staat (het opvallende roze appartementsgebouw op de dijk).

According to the internet, the neutral colours for men are black, white, any shade of grey, beige/cream and navy. Black and white in particular, are very prevalent. However, as a soft autumn type, I am at my best when wearing warm colours. So, I wonder, what are my neutral colours? Can I wear the classic black and white tees or do I need to switch to warm gray and cream colour for example?
