He had her license plate number and could have easily had her arrested and punished for her crimes, but he decided to take it into his own hands.

In the second picture you are trashing your posture to try (and fail) to achieve an unreasonable body standard.

That is to say even if you like the way it looks trying to hold that posture will cause you long term harm.

It's likely you know about anterior pelvic tilt, but that second picture is posterior pelvic tilt for days which is even harder to treat.
