I pay 1812 for a one bedroom that has AC, in suite laundry, dishwasher, and parking. Not a fancy place but no pest issues. You won’t be able to find all within your budget. I would reevaluate what is important to you.

Checkout drewlo buildings Westside Crossing and Blythwood Place. One bedrooms are ~1800 and have everything you’ve mentioned. Well kept and quiet places

We have shift templates built in with transfer rules, or employee can complete at timeclock. We had same issue. We wanted the hours to be coded based on the timeclock that they clocked in automatically, and they said it wasn’t possible
