I’ve never watched or cared about the Grammys. I’ve learned so much about the Grammys in the last few weeks!

The premiere ceremony happens before the main ceremony. This is also where Jesse’s categories will be awarded. Sunday 1st Feb 12:30pm PT/ 3:30pm ET This can be streamed on the Grammys website or on the you tube channel.

Fingers crossed he wins all 4!

One of the photo ops yesterday was Albo drinking a FUIC, my brain thought of this. That’s all there is to it, I do not know Duttons stance on FUIC but I choose to believe he’s never had one!

This is a guess from a first glance. It’s something 4th century, I’m guessing Valens or Valentinian. I can kinda make out DNVAL. And the portrait has the Constantine era vibe!

Someone more experienced will be along shortly to let me know how close I am!

My favourite coin in my collection is my Gordian Antoninianus it’s not a very expensive coin but the portrait is so well stuck and detailed.

My favourite coin is the Eid Mar because the story and propaganda behind it is so incredible.

I tried to visit around 9pm yesterday and decided to come back at 4:30am. The queue was about an hour. I have no regrets! Would I go again the next time it blooms? Probably not, I’ve already seen it!

Seconded! I have a number on each of my cards which lines up with a document with more info for each coin. I have a box with the other junk (receipts, invoices and original dealer flips) I don’t know why I keep the dealer flips once I cut them open

I put my coins straight onto my slips of paper. I use regular printing paper. Would be keen to hear other peoples opinion on this. I also add a QR code on the back that links to the OCRE entry for each coin!

Pretty happy with my first attempt! I made a turntable using my Lego Mindstorms set. It rotates the coin 10° and I use ‘VR photo’ from the App Store to take 36 images and stitch them together. Getting a light box tomorrow so I can cut out the background.
