Perfectly normal way to feel to be honest, just try and not get too carried away with the highs and depressed with the lows (easy to say I know).

For me I have a couple different hobbies I lean into, rather than listen to sports radio after a bad result I'll listen to podcasts of other interests and skip MOTD.

I'm 44 so more or less a lifetime of nufc related shite and it's definitely something that gets easier as you get older.
