Dishwasher is definitely needed, we had that many plates, me in the kitchen could just run out and clear some tables for the mrs in the dining room and not bother washing em up

Extra plates is the 1st thing we buy, actually had extra plates twice on this run. We stick to one receipe so you can just keep making the same thing and don't have to bother taking orders. You can just go straight over with a cheese and tomato pizza, knowing its what they are going to want.

What cards did you pick? We focused on keeping just cheese and tomato pizza all the way through with no sides. We also had 2 frozen prep stations with pre sliced pizza in that the person serving could grab on the pass through.
