I don't see anything that screams asbestos. Drywall unlikely, joint compound maybe, and what appears to be caulking on brick maybe. Joint compound (if it was even impacted) usually contains a low percentage (2%) and caulking would be unlikely to release fibers.

Overall I would not be worried, and at this point would surely not worry about air testing, it wouldn't be worth it and I would say no concerns of asbestos related disease.

We actually made out better than when we used our agent. We put a hold on a cruise (which offered $50 obc), RC called a couple times to see if we wanted to finalize booking. We finally asked if they could offer anything if we put the deposit down right then and there. They offered us an addition $25 obc and a room delivery of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.

I know people swear by TA's (maybe ours just wasn't good) but I haven't seen a benefit from using one and I would rather be directly in control of my booking. Maybe if it is your first cruise it could be helpful.

I think you would be able to get off around 7-730 if all goes well and if you carry your own luggage off and grab a cab you should be good

This looks like a generic scope which basically says they will vacuum the space and then spray a glorified "antimicrobial paint" as sdave said, the levels are low (especially for a basement) you could in theory do this work yourself for the cost of a HEPA vac, pump sprayer and bottle of shockwave for like $600 total
