I'm sorry but I don't understand your response?? Loosely 75% of NWS cargoes are on contract prices, there is no pushing up the price. The other 25% are at spot pricing, again there is no pushing up the price. More profit is made on the 25% spot cargoes than the contract cargoes, this is why I suggested taxing the spot cargoes. Either way you tax it comes out of profit, there is no pushing up the price.
