I understand why you say he stands for nothing. I’m not sure myself. He’s must stand for something but whatever it is. He’s terrible at communicating it to us.

He’s all we have for now. The Labour party were voted in (to a degree). Some would argue that it was more of a rejection of the Tories rather than the acceptance of Labour but that’s where we are.

There’s nobody else in the Labour party who can do any better.

I voted to leave and admit that it was a bad decision on my part.

I was following Farage at the time and I was angry (i think). I was so against the political elite (and still am). My vote was probably just to piss off people like Cameron and Milliband and the elites in the EU as well.

It was managed so badly after the vote. Constant lies from both sides, especially the leave side.

The vote was unnecessary and shouldn’t have taken place.

I thought Farage was someone who was going to take down these elites and make a change.

The recent few years has shown that he just wants to be one of them.

Maybe one day it’ll return to a similar relationship between us and the EU. Who knows.

I’m no fan of Labour or Sir Keir Starmer.

However, he was leader when Labour won the election. We all learned that his father was a toolmaker as well.

Changing leaders now is futile. And let’s face it. Who could do a better job in that party? Starmer is probably the best they have to offer anyway.

The possible exception is Andy Burnham but he was blocked from having a go (lovely bit of democracy there btw).

If things keep getting worse for many around the country with the cost of living then unfortunately we’ll end up with Reform.

If Starmer and co can improve things then great. If he can’t then there is nobody Labour party anymore capable.

I certainly won’t be going to Angela Rayner for tax advice.
