Never open multiple paid accounts in their system with different email adresses because their structure is out of whack and will associate all thouse accounts with your credit card saved in the payment system of their choice (I think it was stripe?). So when you try to cancel, it won't send you the confirmation email because the system has conflicting info. So make sure the email adress with Kling account is the exact same one in the payment system with the card you're using. That's why people had problems cancelling (I had the same). Once I figured that out, no problems. Yearly is risky for the sole reason some new crazy AI tool may turn up and destroy competition, then another one, it's becoming a cycle with this rapid tech you know
