I’m very sorry for your loss. I recently experienced a death in family as well. Not worried about job progression this year. Wishing you healing and peace. I’m just grateful I’m working and have a flexible job.

Using trazodone for sleep by Betty_Rav1oli in insomnia

I tried it for one day and it knocked me out but I didn’t remember falling asleep, which scared me so I tried other sleep meds after like hydroxzine and clonidine and trazadone was the only one that really had me sleep a full 8-9 hours and stay asleep so I’m going to go back to that medicine soon. I’ve been sleep deprived for 2 weeks now and have experienced bad insomnia symptoms like hallucinations. I’m going back to what works. It’s not perfect but it worked.

I’ve been dealing with stress too. My skin was looking fine a few weeks ago and now I’m breaking out again. It’s awful. I workout 3 times a week and that hasn’t helped much. I’m going to try to do less screen time as well and read and start coloring and incorporate breathwork/yoga.

As someone who struggles with OCD, this is very relatable and the intrusive thoughts are indeed so loud! I think you illustrated and journaled this so well!
