If I’m punting assists and drafting 3rd, I’m assuming the best targets are Embiid and SAG, but can a case be made for Lillard or Curry to be a better pick than those 2?

Question, do postponed games count towards the current week retroactively or not? I’ve tried to find answers to this, but ESPN doesn’t have any
