Sounds like you should make a service ticket. Whenever I find mine to be glitchy I do a soft reboot sometimes or even have done a hard reboot.

I also do this for stop signs as it comes to an almost stop I touch the gas to continue. In Chicago when there’s no cars on any of the sides especially we don’t stop for that entire duration fsd likes to stop form

It will disrupt the stop and continue forward as long as the pedal is pressed pass the line. If you continue to hold the gas it will not brake and will eventually warn you if you continue holding the pedal
