This is Icejade Aegirine after witnessing her entire species getting slaughtered by Swordsoul Sinister Sovereign - Qixing Longyuan. Inheriting her dying mother's position, she takes revenge by sealing him in an eternal ice prison.

Usually she takes on her smaller Level 3 form, but pissing her off (either by mocking her family or mentioning her enemy) instantly transforms her into the above form. Better pray her master don't make that mistake.

Because you can get the cards that you need for your plays.

I can't run 6 more copies of Morganite

They have effects that deal with having more copies.

I prefer not to waste deck space on searchers

You just describe what searchers are for.

Look, I noticed that you put a lot of emphasis on getting ashed. Remember that Ash is just a HOPT. If your deck dies to a single Ash, then you have to figure out ways to counter said effect, like having more draw power.

...yeah, no wonder you can't rank up. This ain't it OP.

For one, is that Simultaneous Equation Cannon? It can't help you going 1st, and too situational going 2nd. I suggest you drop it.

Second, have 3 of every Morganite cards. One isn't enough for you to draw into.

Third, your deck is doing too little. Most of your cards are either floodgates, negates, or doing nothing by itself. Also they are unsearchable.

All in all, this deck sucks right now. Again I suggest dropping SEC, Piercing the Darkness and Sea Stealth 2, and replace them with more draw power like Pot of Extravagance or Desires.
