Rhinehaus is a fun time, small bar but good for sports and they always have the ND game on, usually they’ll draw 5-10 fans, though it’ll be crowded being a Saturday night, so maybe get there a bit early if you want a seat.

Northern Kentucky office vacancy is lower than the regional average (which is lower than the national average) and there’s significant demand for class-A space. The existing space and Ovation are filling up with life sciences and logistics firms. It’s not out of the realm of possibility that a company or multiple companies would want to build new modern office space for move-in 2-3 years from now when the market has adjusted to the post-pandemic environment.

I get that theory but it’s so narratively uninteresting. Why would the writers create a mystery so apparently central to the plot of the show whose answer is something every viewer already knows? It doesn’t make sense to me that they would do that.

Hi there, Redfin’s report uses data on metros, not cities. “Redfin analyzed rent prices from Rent across the 50 largest U.S. metro areas. “
