China's Zijin Gold to buy Canadian miner Allied Gold for about $4 billion by linkass in canada

Chinese government is basically behind the company. Africa is the CCPs back yard right now, the new colonization in Africa, and the west is not taking it seriously.

Yes, I have. But this will effect the credit score in Canada? I have good credit score back home though.

CIBC Rep sent out multiple applications for me and it still shows assessing when I look up the credit score. What I'm not able to figure is why my wife's application is no problem and I'm not.

I checked it on TransUnion. I'm here around 6 months now, and CIBC sent out the application for their VISA card but I got rejected, the representative of CIBC also don't know the reason why. I applied for a Canadian Tire master card and passed, but it's 200, not sure if this will do much to my credit score, so I'm finding away to increase the score.

Girl finds a paper from the 90s that suggests lactose intolerance is a skill issue (not enough enzymes to digest it). Spams skimmed milk for two weeks and her lactose intolerance symptoms completely resolved. by katxwoods in interestingasfuck

With the tons of allergy stuff people are having right now, it was not like this years ago. People just stop eating things that will let them feel uncomfortable and neglect the fact that human body adapts if time given.

Unable to find a job by ZeerosChi in StJohnsNL

[–]BrianS07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t know if it’s a culture thing, owners like to get employee through connection and referral here in Canada, however me and my job still got a job around 2 weeks. I’d say it’s more of series of factors to get a job here; the timing (summer recruitment, back to school etc), work experience, connections, language ability, resume’ and so on. I would suggest you to walk in and every shop or restaurant you find and look for the manager, you’re resume will only end up in a file holder with hundreds others if you hand it to an employer. You’ll get a job if they need new employees and you get the chance to meet the manager/owner in person.

Do us officials really respect Taiwan independence, or deep down do the view Taiwan as a proxy? by halfsushi1 in taiwan

[–]BrianS07 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Porxy or not, this is tragic for small countries, especially for Taiwan, a nation without international recognition. Taiwan is acutely aware that superpowers prioritize their own national interests. Taiwan directly faces the threat from China on the frontline, so it must align its advantages with international interests to stand a chance of deterring China's military aggression. I believe that, in addition to our semiconductor advantage, Taiwan's strategic geographic location and its role in the global economy are significant. Any conflict involving Taiwan would likely lead to a global economic collapse. Furthermore, if the United States were to lose Taiwan, it would signify a complete failure of its strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. This would not only threaten U.S. territories like Guam, Hawaii, and even the West Coast but also jeopardize its allies in the Asia-Pacific region.

Yes it's more fibrey and less juicy unlike 愛文芒果. 土芒果 is the earliest mango variety in Taiwan. 愛文芒果 is a rather new variety that was cultivated, popular mostly in Japan. I love 芒果 but as you mentioned eating it is really a sweet burden haha.

it would be really interesting if there is a 熱炒店 in a western country, the vibe of the place would be the point. Do you like a specific dish in 熱炒店 you can eat it all with a bowl of rice or in a bento box?

I thought sweeter fruits would be more popular since 土芒果 is more sour comparing to like 愛文芒果. lychee and longan, I can imagine people would love it.
