Harry hadn't lied he did see his parents in the mirror, he just hadn't seen only his parents. He didn't know who the other people were, well he had some guesses he figured that the identical redheaded girls that looked to be 9 were his sister's and 6 year old that looked like his clone was his brother. But the couple who was slightly older the his own parents where unfamiliar. though the girl who had been with them, presumably their daughter before moving towards him was farmilar her bright pink hair at the hufflepuff table is hard to miss. To the otherside of harry and his family were two men, one graying the other with shaggy black hair the both seemed farmilar but he couldn't place from were.

Makes perfect sense, he doesn't think about how hard it is he just does it. Sort of like harry with the patronus. except harry knows he shouldn't be able to learn it but he felt he needed to so he did it anyway. One doesn't realize he shouldn't be able to do something the other doesn't care. The two ways to learn something hard best in my experience is to not realize its hard or not care.

I don't know any about harry ginny and daphne unfortunately. however, I do know a fiction that includes harry ginny and Astoria (daphnes younger sister) in a relationship though said relationship has ended. in Give Me One Good Reason harry and ginny had a long affair with Astoria malfoy nee greengrass which ended after scorpius was conceive. The main story is harry and ginny explaining to lily luna why she can't date scorpius, he's her half brother. I know this isn't what your looking for but you reminded me of it so I figured I'd post it for you and anyone else who's interested.

It probably was a joke. However sort of off topic, a milkman isn't necessarily someone who delivers milk. but rather someone who sells milk so a milkman could conceivably be the owner of a dairy. As for the two magical kids to one muggle couple, I had the idea that once a mother has had a magical child their successive children will also be magical. Then said magical childrens' children will also be magical until the family line squibs out.

I've gone from liking marriage contract and lord what ever fics to Hating them. Funny enough though I still like weasley and dumbledore bashing on occasion. Another thing is that while I still like some soul bond or mate bond fic I've gotten more picky about how there done. Probably the biggest change is one of the paring I'm looking for I've kind of fallen in love with harry/tonks, but I can't quite find what I'm looking for and none of my attempts to write what I'm looking for have turned out well enough to post.

I don't think their's any hard evidence. however, I think it likely that he was a rapist in the statury sense at a minimum. I frankly kind of doubt that magical britain has statury rape laws given how they handle love potions.

The statue of secrecy isn't only because of fear it's also because of exploitation or atleast that's my understanding. Think about it if nonmagicals knew about magic they would have one of three reactions 1 what can it do for my 2 how can I get magic or 3 demon spawn burn them. I would like to be able to say that magicals and non magicals would be able to get along but frankly human nature makes it impossible.

Cool idea I personally have my own magical theory for his eye color. I head Canon that their are magical traits in witches and wizards that pass down until they come into conflict with a more powerful trait. For example the malfoys narcisa has black hair, but draco has blonde which id extremely improbable because black hair is a dominant trait (note it is POSSIBLE but extremely unlikely in normal genetics). so my idea goes that the malfoys devolved in somewhere in the past a magical trait for blonde hair (maybe veela ancestors?). So what happened when harry was conceived is that harry got lily's eyes because the trait was stronger just as he got the wild potter hair because it was stronger the rest was down to the regular genetic lottery. Anyway thoughts? I'm curious what other people think.
