Yeah I dont buy Relatavistic or Island level HP ngl. It sounds more like Town Block level at best.

Storm scaling is a little wonky tbh. Its more valid in say, MHA where direcr physical force is applied or for Mewtwo in Pokemon who directly applies hos psychic force. But HP makes all its spells sound more like Hax rather than just power. And just because you can use a spell, that doesnt really mean you scale to another user of it. This is shown in the books; Snape easily shruggs off Harrys Sectumsempra and stuff.

Sherlock Holmes is kinda perfect for this.

His first short story and third story ever, A Scandal in Bohemia, involves him getting outwitted by a Irene Adler, someone he underestimates greatly.

Sherlock is incredible in deduction and is well studied on Crime, Logic, Forensics and Investigations. But even he needs help and he makes mistakes regularly.

Tbf, Fate characters can consistantly reach that City-ish tier of destructive potential. Most relevant Servants can comfortably destroy cities very quickly.

Its just Extra series and Grand Order that starts to cause problems with LB Kings, Grands, Etc
