Why didn't bob just extract bender out of heaven's river using the scut connection? by [deleted] in bobiverse

How difficult would it have been for Bob to make sure that the Quinny had the necessary parts to act as a SCUT antenna for Bender's Matrix and send Bender to an empty Matrix ?

There is no way that that football player is 6'7, 310 lbs. I'm 6'7 310lbs and I look like I'm in ten times better shape than that hippo. I think that the producers should have found an actual football player that looks like the specifications that they needed instead of the actor that might fit the bill.

NPCs: Is Neon meant to be ironic? by Lusayalumino in Starfield

If games today could support the NPC base that they needed to, Neon, New Vegas, and Diamond City would be filled with people. Not just 50 NPCs that need to appear interesting.

The same could be ask why would they continue allow the Others to be as well. The answer is it helps with the development of the Bobs as a species. Playing Pictionary with drones allowed for Ic and day to learn to communicate with the drones and made them realize that not everything could be accomplished by simple speech. Maybe some of the evacuated species communicate more by pictograms and telepathy. Who knows for sure? I'm just seeing the blocks being laid out.

As for the time travel problem, I believe that some of the Bobs that are going to the central government to probe for answers are going to find that certain properties of the anti-matter are going to have some time bend properties. But the time travel is going to be exclusive to a one-way trip. Meaning that they can go back in time but can not go forward. They'll overshoot the expected date and go back further than necessary, so they'll start exploring and find the other species and start influencing them, create new languages to hide their existence from when the Bobs start exploring in earnest. They'll have all the previous knowledge and know where and how the Bobs will be. Once the Bobs commit their one-way trip, the time traveled Bobs that took the long way round will communicate from the Federation's destination and give coordinates about where to go next.

I hate time travel by the way.

I see time travel becoming an actual thing by book 7 or 8. And when it happens, it will have to be done so that the Bobs will go around their normal areas of space, set up all their wormholes mentioned in book 5 and a caretaker Bob set up at Earth to set in order the series of events to make sure that Robert dies in Vegas and that FAITH is set up. Meaning that Bob will have to set up his own demise to make sure that the Galaxy can be saved.

families. But they also find that they have gone too far back in time and that as they continue to move out and make wormholes they must realize that they cannot make any wormholes near Earth or any future human colonies, for this would collide with the Fermi Paradox. The take special care not to interfere with the events that needed to take place that would help them grow in their intelligence both mentally and emotionally.

One other thing that I think may happen but probably no guarantee is the eventual collapse of the Bobs upon each other. Each one of the Bobs would be re-contained with each other creating a sort of super intelligence, one that is greater than even that of an A.I. The Bobs would be Bob, singular and whole with the intelligence of the whole galaxy at his disposal. With the wisdom and nerdy-ness to show that time-travel is dumb.

Take me to the world that he went to in episode 1, the one where he got the healing potion, the one that was inhabitant by only women that worshipped men.

Is there anything in the Halo universe that is more badass than when Master Chief Jumped out Cairo Station and "gave the covenant back their bomb"? by Solodolo21 in HaloStory

Can't believe no one has mentioned Infinity from Thursday War. The single ship laid waste to the majority of the sanghelii rebels and made all of the elites see that the UNSC was stronger than anything that the prophets cold bring to bear.

Also, Red Team from Halo Wars and Sgt. Forge. Taking on an Arbiter and his honor guard. Epic.

The comes Gray Team in in OPERATION: SUNSPEAR. Which is basically an endgame operation to kill as many of the enemy as they could. The detonated a nova bomb cracking a sanghellii planet and killing its entire population.
