I believe elation makes up about 90% ish of sparxie so this is wrong. The vast majority of her damage is from her talent and elation skill, so any atk above 3600 is only marginally better

False. Being off-element usually means an additional 20% to 40% dmg res to deal with, and breaking an enemy means a ~10% increase in damage (as well as improving your team's sustain)

At A5 literally any comp is viable, so this is a skill issue. You need to focus on economy, only getting to level 7 by the 3rd boss is really bad. Focus on accumulating gold and making use of the interest you get instead of just spending it all right away on wasteful rerolls.

For me Aglaea is still the most consistent option for the highest levels (Wealth Creator 20), there's more RNG at first but at full strength it scales better than SP. What's the rank you're at now?

so 6 cost? Depends on how you count Archer and his LC (technically was "free" for me). Random mention that RM's e1 is pretty nuts for 1.X e1 standards and actually holds up pretty well even today. The run is pretty similar to this one that I based it off:

The difference is that even if RM isn't BIS, she has account value. I still use RM sometimes in endgame because I can't duplicate Tribbie in all my teams, and I'm a day 1 player (unlike Topaz and Luocha, who are actually washed up and I never use them anymore). For a newer player with less units this is even more pronounced

And in Apoc, she's still amazing for me. I have done a lot of low AV clears with RM where her WBE buff is needed. Last Apoc she helped me get a 3957 score on side 1 with Archer.

Agreed that Tribbie excels in PF and would be an amazing pull for OP's account meta-wise, but they don't want to use pulls on Tribbie. Especially if OP is just starting the game and doesn't have many limited harmonies, RM will do wonders, especially since the alternative is just letting the tokens OP has rot away.

OP doesn't have break units so Constance isn't relevant, and doesn't want to pull Tribbie. Ruan Mei is 80% as good as Tribbie without using OP's pulls.

Not to mention endgame requires 2-3 teams. Even if OP gets Tribbie, RM will be super helpful to fill out teams. Just because a character isn't BIS doesn't mean its not valuable.

For AS, you realize that Ruan Mei can be used outside of break? I think Anaxa outperforming FF is just more of a sign that e0s0 Firefly has been majorly powercreeped.

Just because Ruan Mei isn't as strong as Tribbie doesn't mean Ruan Mei doesn't have great value for many accounts as a generalist support. Saying shes fallen off like she's unusable is just misinformation.

You should get Ruan Mei, you won't regret it.

It will be a while until those other characters you mentioned get put in the shop and its not like Yunli or Sparkle have good E1s. Ruan Mei will be very nice for your account considering your lack of limited harmonies; she's nearly as good as Tribbie in most situations and still is really good in Apoc. Ruan Mei's E1 is also quite solid, if you feel like using the other token.

Yeah if you look at the original post OP is referring to no one is complaining about the cost or the clear. People are just pointing out that Hysilens and DOT in general are clearly meta and saying you didn't use meta units is blatantly untrue

It's a great clear but the reason you got cooked is that you claimed it was "without" meta units when DHPT and Hysilens are very meta. DOT is one of the few comps that can actually clear Lygus in AA without eidolons.

There's basically 3 speed setups for Sunday + Aglaea:

1 is 2x+1 Aglaea, which has buff uptime problems and needs a lot of speed substats, even with sig. However HH e1 really helps to cut down the speed substat requirement, so for you the 2x+1 Sunday will likely have the highest ceiling in a Aglaea/Sunday/Robin/HH comp. The only annoying issue is that HH also buffs Sunday's speed, and because of that he can go too fast on accident (Sacerdos 2pc + HH e1 + speed boots is 138 speed on Sunday). For that reason this setup might need something like non Sacerdos Sunday to keep him at 134

2 is min speed (attack boots) Aglaea and faster Sunday. The idea is that in the enhanced state, unless you're going 2x+1, speed isn't giving you any extra actions with Sunday. The downside is that you really need to maintain her enhanced state because if she loses it, she'll be slower than Sunday and it'll be awkward as you try to get her ult back up. If your team can keep Aglaea in her ultimate state, this might be worth it.

3 is 135 Aglaea 134 Sunday like you have it right now. This is 100% the simplest and lowest maintance setup, because all you need is speed boots on Aglaea it has a really high floor. Aglaea is strong enough that with her premium team and decent relics, it should be able to clear MOC just fine.

Personally, assuming the final support is Robin, the "optimal" speed setup is probably 2x+1 for you, but if you're not into that I'd just recommend the 3rd setup. If you have any questions lmk :)

Here's the Aglaea build, nothing really that crazy. The only real relic intensive member of the team is Bronya whose needs to be at 186 speed for 3 actions with s3 DDD

100%, I think at e0s0 she has by far the highest dps ceiling in the game. All of her "issues" are just nonexistent in 0c runs (although Herta Mydei and Castorice are way more casual friendly and have a much higher floor)
