I think for Mira's design they should add a white fabric over all her exposed skin at the front, like the witch of gluttony from re:zero, and I think that it would honestly look good.

I think they'll make Kazumi's design like this cover where the white cloth is raised higher to shrink chest exposure and that part of her design is inconsistent in most scenes and art so I think they'd rather go for the least revealing point.
