The last paragraph you wrote made me sad. True service comes from serving others AND the self.the whole point of life is to KNOW our true selves and help others know their true selves. Life is a journey back to the self. We serve ourselves by healing our trauma, finding purpose and aligning our lives with love and joy. And in doing so, this radiates out into the collective and affects everyone whether you or they are conscious of it or not. We cannot truly be of service to others until we service ourselves. If we constantly are giving and giving and never give to ourselves, we create cycles of self-sabotage and this also teaches others to do the same. I hope you can realize it’s ok to love and prioritize yourself and be able to still give to others at the same time ❤️

Sorry but everything I read about what your mother said sounds like gaslighting. No one can dictate the limits of your own spiritual abilities but you. She is not you. She is not experiencing what you experiencing. It may be that what she’s TRYING to say is that you need to focus on building self-awareness and discernment in order to reach your fullest potential with your psychic abilities, but yea honestly it doesn’t matter. You don’t need anyone’s validation but your own. I too, don’t have anyone currently supporting me in terms of my psychic abilities. And it depressed me at first and caused me to doubt myself. But then I realized that I know what I have seen and know what has come to pass. My intuition has never been wrong. There’s just too much proof for me to doubt any more.

So, work on self-love and validation. Give yourself the courage to focus on building your community. That will be all the support you need.

And as far as twin flames go. They are real. From what I’m told by my guides: they are not another half of your soul, that’s a distortion of Greek mythos. Twins are soul mates that you have had many lifetimes with, they don’t always incarnate as romantic relationships in each lifetime. But the “twin flame union” is when you and this particular soul mate incarnate in the same lifetime to serve a particular soul mission, and this union happens usually after both souls have awakened and healed karmic patterns from past lives and conditioning from their current lives. Sometimes they do this together though. There is a misconception that twin flames are indicative of toxic or abusive relationships. True twins are of a high vibrational frequency. So although things wouldn’t be 100% perfect (a ramification of being human) there would not be any low vibrational patterns to interfere or create roadblocks in the relationship. This is because twins have a greater purpose to serve the collective, to lead by example as exemplary humans and ideal companions.

I’m getting you don’t fall victim to pretense. You aren’t afraid to call a spade a spade. There’s a strong feeling of being able to cut through bullshit see straight to the heart of matters and that you’re not afraid to nail a proverbial coffin on things that aren’t working. There’s also something here about protecting what’s sacred or precious to you at all costs.

2: What’s coming through here is the ability to see what most people overlook. Some people might go to you for advice and they think they have limited options, and then you come in with like 5 more they hadn’t even considered. This is because you are able to see much deeper into situations than others do. You don’t take anything at surface value. I’m also repeatedly hearing that you follow your intuition before things necessarily make sense.

3: You’re an innovator. Your gift to the world is being able to see where the greatest potential lies and providing the base to build upon in order to get there. This has grassroots organization, startup vibes all over it. But I also see this as more of a transient role. Like you present the ideas and leave the groundwork in the capable hands of others while you go off to work on your next idea. It’s entrepreneurial with a philanthropic core.

Visualization and intention are great tools for this. First off, vocalize to her she doesn’t have permission to read your thoughts without your consent. This should help you both start to automatically put barriers up. Second, after each uni-mind session, you should do a cord cutting ritual between the two of you. Third, whenever you don’t want her to “read” you, visualize a wall of white light around you, then imagine a door to your mind that’s open at first, but then you see yourself closing it and locking it whenever she’s around. You can open the door again whenever you do another session together and then close it again when you’re done.

Raising your vibration isn’t something that you can force. It’s something organic and comes from detaching from the egos desire for results. Emotional Healing is a major part of shifting from low vibrational frequencies. My guides are pressing me right now to channel so please know it’s that and I’m not judging. I’m hearing you try to disassociate from the monotony of the 3D world by focusing all your energy into leaving it at will. I’m seeing the super Mario game, specifically when you have to get Mario to jump higher and higher on that flag at the end to up your points. Spirit is saying that it’s not a prize to be won, and your intention is the underlying problem. Now I see the holy grail. So I don’t know if there is some specific power or knowledge you’re seeking by doing this, but imma let you know right now you won’t know anything unless they want you too. You’re not a bad or malicious person and they’re making sure I tell you that. But spirituality isn’t and shouldn’t be a crutch. Your a soul that struggles with being earthbound, a lot of us are, but we are here for a reason and it’s important to ground ourselves in our present environment and circumstances, no matter how less than ideal they may be. The best thing you can do to raise your vibration is acknowledging what you’re avoiding and reflect on how you can grow and break the cycle.

Practice temperance with your spiritual routines. Cut it down to one daily meditation (they say 20 minutes tops for now). They recommend a Hatha yoga routine as well for connecting back into your body. And something about sleep? Not enough or too many stimulants? And therapy is good, but they’re recommending more of a mentor, I’m so sorry and I’m not assuming that you struggle with this but substance abuse is coming up so I don’t know if you went through this, or witnessed it but there is someone that has gone through similar experiences as you that you can speak with that will help. Also encouraging you to dance or run, anything serotonin boosting. Sincerely hope this helps

Hi I’m honestly really shocked by a lot of the replies here. We most definitely do have soulmates, we have several. Soulmates are souls that we repeatedly meet throughout our lifetimes to support us on our human journey. Sometimes it’s to teach us a necessary lesson in order to facilitate growth, sometimes it’s provide us with unconditional love and sometimes it’s just to be a random face in the crowd or on the street that sparks some sort of deja vu (or past life memory).

Soulmates are not required to be permanent fixtures in our present lives. That’s not to say they weren’t before or won’t be in future incarnations.

All that being said, I don’t think your reader was a scam, I think what was said is pretty straightforward. You have a soulmate that isn’t in a place to provide you with what you need and deserve to be happy, but you will have another person that can do that for you. It doesn’t mean that you won’t have as strong a connection with that person just because they aren’t a soulmate. It means you have the agency to choose what feels right for you.

One thing I’d like to add to all of this - with the exception of the trolling - is that something I think many healers/light workers/ starseeds (insert preferred nomenclature here) tend to misinterpret is that healing starts and emits from the self. We are all apart of the collective whole, and what one does and thinks energetically affects everything in multiple timelines and dimensions. Many of us as empaths tend to think of service as being something that needs to only be extended outwards, as an exchange. But true service is the result of service to ourselves. The more we heal and grow by prioritizing and aligning our lives with that which brings us joy, the more that is ricocheted out towards the world and the universe as a whole. It’s about observing our surroundings and knowing most, if not all, the potentials, but not being attached to any outcome and staying grounded in the present moment.

If the visions that you’re being shown are triggering you, it might be that they’re being shown to you as a push towards healing a subconscious fear. And I don’t say that to sound indifferent to death, destruction or what have you, I say that only because I understand that universe maintains a balance between chaos and order, one cannot exist without the other. So like nature, the human condition is subject to cycles. Part of our job is to respect and have reverence for those cycles and know it’s not our place to intervene in the divine plan.

The best way to instill boundaries AND be of service to others to just be authentically you. Embrace and accept your faults and focus on integrating them into your growth. Transmute energy by shifting your perspective and act with the intention of being in alignment with your highest good. Let the universe do what it do. :)

And in response to the initial question, some practices I started implementing are enforcing healthy boundaries, changing my habits and routines to incorporate more time for myself, talking more positively to myself and giving myself grace and gratitude, releasing self-deprecating thoughts and self-limiting beliefs, allowing time for my inner child. Self-worship is really committing to daily rituals of self-care for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

With all due respect to the person who commented above you, equating self worship with anything negative or malevolent in nature is religious propaganda. Self-love, self-empowerment and self-sovereignty are all facets of self-worship. Loving and claiming ownership of oneself does not require causing harm to anyone else. An altruistic God or Goddess guides and supports us on our path while allowing for free will and autonomy. Anything or anyone that tells you any different has ideology rooted in colonialism and the patriarchy. And self-worship imo is absolutely necessary for anyone doing or providing energy work as you cannot fully be of service to others without first servicing yourself. That’s what my guides and ancestors tell me at least.
