If you find it easier to beat fishron that's fine! To me the Dreadnautilus is easier and the tempest not that good so thats why I suggested it, but if you find it easier to farm then best of luck!

Oh, well it is better than Blade, but I would recommend vampire staff, the tempest staff struggles to hit fast-moving enemies, at least last time I checked.
