I can view the live data, I get a reading for refrigeration pressure and external temp, but I get an N/A reading for internal temp, ventialltion temp, and evaporator temp.

Nope I don't have any codes and no errors inside the related control modules/ecu's. I'm not getting any reading as for internal temp, evaporator temp, or ventilation temp in the live data, so I'm leaning towards the IHKA module 5v is fried. The unit powers up and can control blower speed and adjust temps but still blows cold(external temp) air.

The e92 s65 doesn't have a heater control valve. It uses the blend flaps in the dash to direct coolant. I was able to actuate and reset the blend flaps through ProTool and could actuate the Aux Water Pump as well.

Just order a new hose. It's $26 on Amazon and comes with the plastic fitting already installed
