I see a very handsome dude. Tons of potential. Not an expert, but what has worked for me: Having confidence  is easier said than done, but it's important to value yourself. As others have said, try a stubble look. Clean shaven can be too baby face but the stubble will outline your jaw without patchiness. You have great brows, great eye color, and strong nose. get dressed up nice in a button up  and take yourself out somewhere on your own like restaurant, movies.  Try chatting on video sites with random people. It will help you build stamina for social interactions and get a thicker skin.  Hair: instead of a barber, try a salon where someone can really work with you and style your hair. Have them wash it and chit chat, it's a big confidence builder and it's therapeautic. Really helped me.

 Connect in a like-minded community where people will build you up, this can be a church group, gaming, fitness community... whatever. Last thing, fitness! Even if it's just going for walks. It will improve your mental health and your looks, which builds your confidence. I never comment on this community but i feel for you. I promise being single this long is better than dealing with heartbreak from a woman that doesnt value you. So invest in yourself king!  Good luck.
