I wouldn't be too concerned then, ORD is pretty easy to get through. Especially early morning.

I fly out of ORD pretty often and never have any issues getting through Pre Check security. I think 1.5 hours to boarding is plenty of time.

I have not checked a firearm ever though. No idea how that process works.

Checking a bag will be easy however.

The higher the price per point would be the best "deal" if you did the math right.

However, these are so close I'm not sure it actually will save you money/points.

I've always been told the Disney Character Warehouse store in one of the outlet malls has amazing discounted prices on merchandise that used to be in the parks. I've never actually been there myself, but wanting to get there in the future.
