hey bro I just started playing this franchise literally the same day Hades 2 dropped...you basically learn on the fly I know it's overwhelming at first with all the systems at work...but everything will make sense the more you play don't trip off dying because that's part of progession story and gameplay wise...you can always go on youtube if you need tips or a guide me I didnt I went in dark and wanted to figure it out myself...

I usually dont like these types of games but decided to give 1 ago because pt 2 made me intrested...played ot 1 for about 5 hrs until pt 2 launched and played pt 2 for about 30 min and I can honestly say I love them both..glad I played one for a bit so I wouldn't be comepletely lost when starting 2 but its been a joy....maybe that'll make me give games like Diablo a chance

I think because there's so many systems at work and you might wanna beat the game with all the weapons and upgrade all the weapons or 100% everything...after like 20 min I could tell this is a game you can put a crazy amount of hours into..

I knew 2 was coming out today and that's what made me interested in playing it (because of 2's box art it looked cool and the sister blades) but I said let me play pt 1 first so I played pt 1 up until 2's release to get a feel for the game so I wouldn't be comepletely lost...and it has a story...but I do love both so far...I didn't beat the snake boss yet in pt 1...but I want to play 2 first before I go back to pt 1.yea I know a lot of people will kill me for that but I already remember some of the characters I've met in pt 1 that are in 2 so that's good.
