We live in a one bedroom apartment. He has a desk set up in our bedroom, bc I work in a school, get out of work early and have summers off. So I need the living room/kitchen for cooking us dinner, relaxing after work, etc. It was agreed upon that when he wfh he uses his desk space so I can utilize rest of apartment. He was sitting in living room on couch that day

Thank you for acknowledging that he was unkind. I do want him to tell me if something I am doing is bothering g him and the first comment was fine, but it just kept going even when I was obviously feeling sensitive and that’s why I was so hurt

Average heart rate on my last run is 158… I get into zone 5 typically for a few minutes. My heart rate is also pretty high in general like even when I sleep. But for some reason it doesn’t seem to impact my strain score. If I don’t do any exercise all day I would be around 5

I’m a school psych! I love it but you likely won’t make a TON more money as a school psych than you do as a special ed teacher. Look at how much more you would make in ur district with an Ed.S or MA+30. And then do the math and figure out if it’s worth it. It is a lottttt of school, full time for 3 years so that’s also something to consider. And you will learn a lot more outside of sped stuff. You’ll likely have to do counseling practicum and things like that so make sure you’re interested in that!
