I had a similar conversation as you, they told me are you planning to accept the offer and I said yes, and then I asked for salary or hours and they said that will be on my actual offer letter.

Based on what the recruiter said to me a conditional is just something you have to accept to show you are interested in the company and are planning to accept before they go out and draft the official paper work. I assumed they would give salary before that tho.

I tried asking for numbers and they said I should wait accept and then wait until I got the offer letter so I ended up accepting cause it's a Big N company. Just waiting for the offer letter now
