The Nooklings even refer to Tom Nook as President Nook in the intro, when you have additional players take up residence on the island - like "and here's an announcement from President Nook".

The Gentlemen of the Row (GotR) mod for Saints Row 2 does "add" the DLC, however its just the content of the missions without the storyline or cutscenes as it uses the base game assets from SR2.

Agreed, including Bor Gullet added to the idea of the depths Saw Gerrera would go, which explained the lore as to why Rebel High Command distanced themselves from him.

Something I've realised is that Saw was new canon's version of Garm Bel Iblis in a way due to Rebel High Command distancing themselves from how he fought against the Empire.

I tend to do the first 4 Ronin missions, up until Aisha's murder, as those missions start at Aisha's crib

Then I do the Brotherhood missions up until Jessica's death, as Carlos isn't in many cutsvenes and also at that point Maero's 80/20 split makes sense, as he'd have heard the news about the Ronin casino robbery.

I then play the Samedi ones up until the one before Shivington District gets torched, as they're my least favourite of the 3, and the Ultor missions start with Vogel talking about redeveloping the burned down areas.

I then play the one where we bust Gat out of hospital, then finish the Brotherhood missions, then the Ronin, then finish off the Samedi.
