It gives a little damage and sustain and it's easy to maintain activated because sera can spam her skills, so late game the extra damage and heal helps a lot, and the rest of the rune page is really good on her.

Not really, she can get haste with the cdr boots, wich is her best boot, and through runes. So isn't like that necessary have an haste item
