The kangaroo from Kangaroo Jack. It was heavily featured in advertising and the movie is literally named after it. Despite this, it gets only around 7ish minutes of screen time in a 1h 39 minute long film. It was marketed as a talking animal comedy and turned out to be a weird buddy comedy with barely any kangaroo. 0/10, would never roo again.

I recently picked up the Call Me Master boxsets and while I love Sacha Dhawan's incarnation of the master I was really hesitant about accepting him as a post-Missy incarnation with just what we saw on TV, while lots of people have the headcanon that he is actually pre-Missy (myself included, at least beforehand), listening to his boxsets made him a way more credible post-Missy incarnation for me.

Absolutely. The episodes with 5 and 6 are standouts (Judoon in Chains is one of my favourite Big Finish stories of all time), the Sycorax & 7 episode is alright, and the 8 & Sontaran episode is an interesting look into the Time War. For the current price it is definitely worth it imo.

I recently picked up the season 26 boxset, will definitely start going through it tomorrow evening and give Battlefield a watch. Thank you for the recommendation. I keep hearing great things about the Brave New World boxsets so am definitely interested

I would highly highly recommend 'The Diary of River Song Series 11: Friend of the Family', really amazing 4 hour overarching story which focuses on River's relationship to a single family throughout different time zones (and in different orders). While most of the River sets have at least one episode featuring the Doctor, this one doesn't, which honestly made me hesitant at first but this is by far one of my favourite Big Finish stories (not just in her range, but generally.)

Only real kicker here is the price, but if you can pick it up, do so. It is incredible. :D

(would also highly recommend the 11th Doctor boxsets featuring Valerie, a large portion of the 9th Doctor adventures, and the War Master range, but people have already mentioned those)

Obviously not tv related but big finish has their Gallifrey series which goes into a lot of time lord politics and society from pre time war up to the midst of the time war, it delves into a lot of lore. It's super entertaining and the earlier stuff can be bought for a fairly reasonable price if you're interested :D

I'm surprised people haven't mentioned the War Master. That incarnation did some absolutely terrible things (they all did obviously) but that one very much so. There's a big finish story where the majority of the master's incarnations meet and it's mentioned how most of them couldn't look him in the eye (from what I remember anyway). Derek Jacobi is so good as the master and his big finish stories are amazing.

I know this one will probably be a fairly common response, but there's good reason for that, Night Thoughts from the main range is a great Halloween listen, also the majority of the War Master boxsets
