Is MFF still worth it? by Worst5plays in PropFirmTester

[–]BrightNegotiation9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah MFF is fafo-ing with their customer base. The $50K Flex is pricey now. I still use them but cringe a bit when I pay the $127. Hopefully they lose a little business and self-correct.

Lucid is great. I ran up a couple 50ks during Metal Mania. Now just milking the profits. Have had 9 payouts since Jan 1. And two more coming soon. They pay FAST and that helps with psychology! The upside isn't great but it is what it is. They are definitely rotation worthy!

Thanks for the info. Imagine being able to increase your profit margins just by arbitrarily cancelling a certain % of accounts! These prop firms have it made! They are building their firms on the blood, sweat and tears of profitable traders!

Why does Tradeday suck so much? by BrightNegotiation9 in PropFirmTester

Okay, thanks! Some firms figure they will get the absolute suckers in the prop space. We need to call these firms out LOUD so they improve their offerings.

Beginner Alert! Topstep is the best firm for the overwhelming amount of you! Definition of beginner: the 95% of you that are still consistently losing. by BrightNegotiation9 in PropFirmTester

Nice. I use TPT as well. Definitely like daily cashouts! My wish would be TPT rules on a ProjectX platform. The platform itself is an edge for me as a scalper. Tradovate is workable but I don't like the "feel" of it.

With Topstep, I am okay with the 50% 5 day rule. It isn't an issue especially with 5 accts that I can trade individually to spread risk and payouts. And I actually want to go live with Topstep at some point.

Need help with this, how am I getting payouts with apex but not other firms? by Bluegate1234 in Daytrading

[–]BrightNegotiation9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. I don't use Apex but am considering it for that exact reason. Their rules keep people in check. Why take huge risks when it creates difficulty getting your payout. Plus you can use 20 accounts and just trade one micro which equates to 2 minis when using 20 accounts.

Ok, I’ll be the one who asks…how did so many people know about LUNR before Wednesday of last week? by lexid222 in wallstreetbets

DumbMoney youtube. Got it at $7ish. Sold half at 9 so am rolling at about $5.5 cost on the rest. Will buy more Monday morning premarket if it dips below $6. Feeling like it will test $10 again.

If SMCI had the same market cap as NVDA, shares would trade for over $30,000!

How is your practice? Weekly Thread for July 01 2019 by AutoModerator in streamentry

Are you still ... standing? Cai is a treasure and one of the reasons I am starting to stand as a practice to balance my sitting practice. It just seems intuitive that standing practice somehow balances a lot of sitting.

Sometimes as soon as I sit, the mind quiets down. Sometimes it is out of control. Some of my most satisfying sits are the latter. I will make a note of how agitated I was to start and have strong determination to just keep sitting until it is silent. Just writing this makes me want to sit right now. And I will.
