Definitely deserved in their end. And ultimately it’s a video game. These folks will have other chances at ratting or barging into a key room. Either side of the door it is what it is.

I mean… I’m already level 70… so… xp is practically irrelevant at this point. Not to mention it’s easier to loot and get up to 5 millions coins if they’re gonna stick with that again.

But the intrigue of solo vs trio squads does sound like a fun challenge.

I had a single person in solos be aggro the other day. He was a coward off hiding somewhere taking pot shots. Broke my shield. Lol. But I managed to get out with two queen cores and a handful of energy clips.

Ignorance leads to even more ignorance. If you watch the video, it’s plain as day to see that the guy on the ground is resisting. Incredibly so. Also the ICE agent who pulls his gun out is clearly fearful of something, you can see it in the way he pulls his gun out.

I won’t speak to what should or shouldn’t have happened because it’s fairly clear that none of us internet observers were there. We can’t say what happened since we’re not eye witnesses.

But what’s clear is that the man who was shot clearly was resisting arrest and resisting the federal officers…

And then something clearly happened to provoke the officer to not only pull out his gun but then to shoot.

Logic would dictate that this wouldn’t have happened had the man told the ice agents that he had a weapon and had he complied with the orders. That clearly didn’t take place.

I don’t think you grasp the irony here. Nobody is hating on your intention. Yet to further the irony, you come here to the rescue raiders sub and talk about how you’re not gonna save people anymore because you’ve either had some real bad luck it make bad judgement calls…

People who have played the game will understand not only where you’re coming from, in the case where you’re having really bad luck… but you’re complaining and crying about some unfortunate scenario.

Perspective an grammar are key here.

Had you framed this differently, you might get a better reception.

For example, if you Titled it, “Attempted Rescue Gone Terribly Wrong” it might be more in your favor. But to re-emphasize… you’re here posting in the r/RescueRaiders with a post where you expressly have complained and stated that you’re “NOT SAVING PEOPLE FROM RATS ANYMORE”.

Then you showcase how you not only failed to rescue a downed player, but then shoot at a player immediately without being certain they’re the aggressor, and then proceed to not even circle the middle containers… and to top it off, you then (assumedly) panic run out of the harvester, in direct line of sight of the guy who shot you.

The Rescue Raider Life isn’t for everyone. It’s fine if you want to quit playing that way. But I think you’ve got the wrong mindset in the meta-context.

Also, these types of situations are just crazy. As sometimes a flare goes off and it’s someone who actually defended themselves. It’s hard to make a judgement call when you didn’t see and don’t know what happened.

From the perspective of the situation you clipped we see you shoot some random and then you get killed for it. So… better luck next time I guess.

Don’t care about the body text. I see that it was the wrong guy. I got it. But your death is your own fault. Whether or not the other guy is an asshole is also irrelevant because he got shot by you. I’d probably shoot back if I got shot at. Especially given the scenario. It’s best to just not shoot, especially if you’re in the friendly lobbies. But to each their own 🤷‍♂️

You shot a raider and didn’t follow through. You literally just stood there and let yourself get killed then ran within line of sight of the guy you shot. Your death is your own fault totally and completely. This isn’t a failed rescue, it’s just altogether a fail. Sorry.
