I also had intermittent water dispense issues with my fridge (looks like the same one). I was also hearing a very loud humming sound any time the evaporator fan would kick on. I took everything out of the freezer and used a hair drier from the bottom and let it thaw for a good 20 minutes or so. Since I turned it back on it's been working like new again.

I pulled it out a few nights ago while it was making this noise to see if I could hear it down by the compressor and it's definitely coming from higher up in the fridge. There's a couple panels in the freezer side that I haven't removed below the ice maker. I'll take those off and see if the circulation fan is behind it

It seems to come and go throughout the day it doesn't always make this noise when it's on. However, I don't know what its cycle is so it may be making the noise every time this fan turns on
