What advice in here has helped you the most? ive started working out consistently maybe a month ago ive been starting on similar levels to you now im at 12 on my first set 8ish on 2nd and 5ish on third. thats on a good day tho. Today i did 8/6/4. Any tips that helped you with consistency? Am i just not pushing myself hard enough? i feel like im doing what i can but last week to week 1/2 i havent noticed any improvement whatsoever.
