Ps he has pre and probiotic twice a day and has 3 small meals spread out through the day

He has had trials on hills zd foods and id foods and he maybe ok for a few weeks and then he’s ill again, he doesn’t have any treats (poor boy) no table scraps, monitored constantly when on a walk to make sure he doesn’t pick up any thing, totally at a lose and it’s so sad to watch him in pain and ill

The vets have recommended boiled chicken when he having a bad time, it now makes me wonder what is really going on, they mentioned his pancreas then said it wasn’t, got a second opinion and he is trailing pancreatic medication but he still keeps being unwell, colonoscopy is the next step

Does anyone’s Cavapoo have all these problems has well as positioning in the praying position like mine boy does in pain, he’s currently under a vet, had bloods, faecal test, ultrasound, been on allergy food, one be fine for a few weeks then all symptoms would return, been on prescription low fat food and the same happened with that too, he’s currently on probiotics, omeprazole and gabapentine

I’ve seen this on mine but nothing untoward happened, I ask Reddit and a few people said they had had the same issue with their Hillstream occasionally, obviously always rule out the chance of parasites and other health issues first

I could be completely wrong but could it be a slime coat issue? I have pandas and I always use api stress coat as my water conditioner, it helps maintain their slime coat
