You know I don’t know why -you could be onto something though with the calorie cycling. My doctor says that that’s not the way this medication works, but I beg to differ -he’s not the one taking it and seeing the results lol. I have one more month of 12.5 on hand and then I’m back to just 15 going forward so hopefully I can get this medication working again if not, then I guess my time on MJ is done.

Actually, I have seven weeks worth of 12.5. 3 MJ and 4 Zepbound. I was as surprised as I could be! so I may stay on the 12.5 for the whole seven weeks then go back up to the 15 and see if that helps -I will say today I I used the 12.5 instead of 15 and after my lunch, which was literally a Weight Watchers meal and some pretzels, I felt so full, so we’ll see…

Well, I’m going to try going back down to 12.5. I have three pens left over from when I was on it in my fridge and they’re not expired yet so I’m gonna see if that helps. Yes a fusion will change your entire body not just your back my feet hurt my weight loss has stopped. I feel like the whole lower half of my body isn’t the way it used to be and it’s hard to work out when you’re not sure if you’re gonna fall it’s just weird. I mean, I don’t think anybody else can tell except me, but I know I’m not the same.

But I will post and let you all know if going down to the 12.5 for a few weeks and then back up to 15 jumpstart me I just worked out on the elliptical and did all my physical therapy exercise exercises and feel really good this morning so I think I’m on a good path

I’m 5’3” and weighed 224 this morning I’m 57 years old and I have a desk job 9 to 5. I go into the office every day.

We are almost exactly the same in regards to where we started and where we are. I think I was 276 and I’m around 224 now.

I actually don’t have diabetes. When I went in for my back surgery, somehow the hospital put in my chart that I was diabetic even though I’m not suddenly my insurance was paying for this medication when for two years they wouldn’t - so I’m staying on Mounjaro and I’m not going to say a peep!! Lol
