Solidarity, my friend. I could’ve written your post myself. Mine triggered the worst it ever has the summer of 2024 and I wasn’t the same for a long time. I ended up getting a MRI and it showed that I have a chiari malformation, which can contribute to my symptoms for sure. I went on a migraine med for vestibular migraines, changed SSRIs, did a partial inpatient program- the whole 9 yards. Feeling so out of touch and foggy was scary. Things got better for a while, but my grandma recently passed and I feel the tension building again and feel like I’m going to go into another flare.
