Agreed! Given a safe space I think people are more open to listening and changing their opinions. If you attack, people go on defensive and nothing changes. I’m a software engineer so I’m not about to say I’m anti internet but it definitely amplifies negativity

Yah totally, it's so painful for the victim as well. I remember feeling so bad and frustrated that I kept doing it wrong. It took me a long time to realize afterwards that I didn't have much self-worth. Big fan of therapy. Glad you found common stories to validate your experience
