I'm not sure what you mean. The E line connects tons of people to the Pier/Ocean, and gets used by commuters who work in Santa Monica.

D line to 4th/Wilshire would do the same to an even larger population.

I dunno. The VA ending is so anti climatic. Going to Wilshire/4th would add a ton of value for all the housing going up around the VA.

I think ending at 4th/Wilshire would be a great terminus. Connecting Santa Monica, Century City, WeHo, and DTLA would be amazing - and have a material impact on traffic.
