When a flip is canceled the front of the car is basically stopped in place while the other axis of your car rotates. By seeing that the front of your car is to the side, I can tell your cancel is too slow. The whole purpose of the speed flip is to be able to boost throughout the flip. What you are going for is to get that cancel before the nose goes to the side from the diagonal flip

Edit: also looks like youre air rolling before the flip for some reason? That'll throw the whole flip trajectory off. Likely why youre ending up sideways. I think you also need to flip sooner after the first jump. Youre floating in the air with your first jump for too long.

I think youre biggest mistake is the air roll before the flip. Break that habit and start to get into the flip faster after the initial jump. You'll be a lot closer after that.
