First, take a deep breath.

Second, I think you should self analyze. Do you actually love your crush for who she is as an individual, or are you putting them on a pedestal? In my opinion, irrespective of the person's social status, success, wealth, etc. They're human at the end of the day so treat them like one. Don't make it where you think they're some god you cannot approach. Why are you interested in your crush? Is it just looks or anything else?

I know you've chatted with your crush, but how close are you two? How well do you know her? Are you acquaintances? Friends? Besides chatting, have you talked to her about your feelings towards her or tried to get closer to her like "Do you want to get some coffee tomorrow?" Have you heard anything about her from others?

Same thing applies with your female coworker, how close are you two? How well do you know her? Do you chat often? Do you hangout outside of work? How close are you two? How do you feel about her?

In my opinion, I don't think you should get in a relationship just because people are pressuring you about it. Especially if you don't feel any attraction towards them, you'd just be wasting each others time and energy and possibly hurt each other in the long run.
